These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website unrealentertainment.it (the “Site”) and the services offered through it by Alfredo Butera, owner of the Unreal Entertainment brand, based in Via Pietro Thouar 20, 21100 Varese (VA), Italy, Tax Code BTRLRD92B12M208K (“we”, “us”, “the Company”). By browsing the Site or submitting a booking request, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Services
Unreal Entertainment provides live entertainment services, including hip hop and street dance shows, dancers and performers for events, choreography, corporate and wedding entertainment, and dance classes/coaching (“Services”). Service descriptions on the Site are for illustrative purposes and may be adapted to each event based on the specific agreement with the client.
2. Requests and Bookings
Contact requests submitted through the Site’s forms, email or WhatsApp constitute a request for information or a quote, not a binding booking. A booking is considered confirmed only upon explicit written confirmation from us (email or WhatsApp) and, where applicable, payment of any agreed deposit. Prices, availability and event details are agreed on a case-by-case basis before confirmation.
3. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation or rescheduling terms (including any applicable notice period and deposit policy) are agreed individually for each booking at the time of confirmation. In the absence of a specific written agreement, standard practice for the entertainment sector applies, and any deposit paid may not be refundable in case of late cancellation by the client.
4. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. You may not use the Site to transmit unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs and videos, is the property of Alfredo Butera / Unreal Entertainment or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution or use of this content without prior written consent is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Limitation of Liability
We provide our Services with professional care, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the Services, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Performances may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including illness, transport disruption, or venue/technical issues; in such cases we will make reasonable efforts to propose an alternative solution.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Varese, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection venue rules that may apply.
